Charlène Bertrand – Petrossian
Born and raised in the West of France, Charlene has a unique and versatile background including an extensive experience in the fashion, petrochemicals, luxury and specialty food industries on the worldwide market.
Charlene started her career in the fashion industry in France, her native country. Inclined to challenges and adventures, she decided to complete her education by achieving a six months internship in the U.S. This experience abroad was the beginning of a new life for Charlene.
Charlene has been living in New York since 2005. Her passion for fine food led her to join the famous Caviar House “Petrossian” in 2010. Today, she’s in charge of the purchases for the whole US market, always looking for new exquisite products to satisfy the most demanding foodies!
